BookAndPay.com offers flexible pricing based on the needs of each customer. There are two pricing models depending on your use case.

• Use BookAndPay.com as a fully managed hosted service.
• Self-hosted. In this model, you run the BookAndPay services in your own infrastructure. See Self Hosted pricing

If you use BookAndPay.com, the pricing is based on either of the following

Asset Based

In this case, the cost depends on the number of assets you enable for booking. For example if you have 10 tennis courts which you make it available for booking, then you will pay for those 10 courts on a monthly basis irrespective of the number of booking and payments you receive for those assets.

Booking Based

Booking based pricing is based on the number of booking your customer make. For example if you have 10 tennis courts which you make it available for booking, and there are say 5 bookings per day, you will be paying a small percentage of the booking fees. If there is no booking in a certain week, there is no cost.
